During my time at the NYC branding studio Pandiscio Green, I had the honor to help brand a handful of amazing restaurants: Swyft in Kent, CT, headed by James Beard Award-nominated chef Joel Viehland, restaurant The Love. in Philadelphia, helmed by chef Aimee Olexy, Chefs Club Counter in NYC, a fine-fast restaurant where chefs from around the world take turns heading up the kitchen, as well as The Grill and The Pool in the space of the former Four Seasons Restaurant at the Seagram building in NYC.
